Cut Off Your Nose
So, America has now officially cut off its nose to spite it's face. Many Americans who were angry with the Republicans over whatever, either stayed home or voted Democrat. They felt like it was better to endanger our country than to do the difficult task of finding a way to correct the myriad, frankly, of things that are wrong with the Republicans.
When children pitch tantrums, they sometimes break furniture or bones. I guess this debacle of an election is the moral equivalent of that.
Well, it's quite a price to pay to teach a few wayward Republicans a moral lesson. I hope they're happy. I'm sure Al Qaida is.
